Yaninn Benoit

Hello, I am Yaninn Benoit, and I am therapist here at Lotus Behavioral Health. I am an Arizona native and honored to be serving my community. I had the privilege of graduating with my Bachelors of Social Work and Masters of Social Work with a concentration in advanced direct practice from Arizona State University.  I am also a board-certified Licensed Master Social Worker in Arizona. I have extensive professional and personal experience working with youth, young adults and families navigating trauma informed work. I have served largely marginalized populations, with often times complex medical comorbidities, compounded by the realities of trauma, adverse childhood experiences and the resultant mental and behavioral health needs. I engage clients using a client-centered approach, enhancing self-awareness, strengths, boosting self-esteem and autonomy. I have been certified in motivational interviewing and utilize this technique when working with clients to overcome barriers faced in therapy. I look forward to supporting and empowering you in your therapeutic journey.
