We will bill your insurance for all appointments, but it is your responsibility to understand the coverage, deductibles, co-insurance and limitations of your insurance plan before your appointment.
We currently accept Aetna, Arizona AHCCCS, Apostrophe, Bright Health Plan, Banner, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, EAP, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, Optum, Oscar Health, Self-Pay, Tri-West, and United Health Care.
