I support using a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, with an emphasis on developing practical skills to manage emotions and behavior. I believe in working collaboratively with clients and their families to set goals and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to each individual's needs. I also incorporates elements of mindfulness and positive psychology.
I specializes in working with adolescents, ages 5-18, and their families. I have extensive experience working with issues related to school and academic performance, peer relationships, family conflicts, and emotional regulation. I am particularly skilled in helping clients develop coping strategies and communication skills to navigate challenging dynamics.
My philosophy is that therapy is a collaborative process that empowers clients to make positive changes in their lives. I take a non-judgmental, empathetic approach that creates a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am committed to providing evidence-based treatment that is effective, practical, and tailored to each individual's unique needs
