We are currently seeking an experienced Therapist for our clinical team department. This position reports directly to the Clinical Coordinator. This position will maintain client confidentiality in adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times. The candidate will successfully complete all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with, AHCCCS standards, as well as state and regulatory guidelines. Within this position, it is important to maintain required productivity standards and make sure clients are receiving the highest levels of care consistently.

We are accepting applications for clients in the West Valley area. Therapists are responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, treatment planning, caseload management, individual counseling, crisis management, and coordination of care. Therapists prepare intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications, and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree (Required) Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• One year minimum experience completing assessments in a behavioral health setting.
• One year minimum Counseling experience in a behavioral health setting.
• One to three years’ experience with utilization review in a behavioral health setting.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and meet qualifications for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm

Supervision:

The Therapist shall report directly to the Clinical Director.
